Cracked screen, battery that dies by lunchtime, phone that won’t charge? OFF ON is an independent phone repair shop at 27 avenue Berthelot, in Lyon’s 7th district (Guillotière), right next to the Jean Macé metro station. Here is what you need to know before you come.

How it works
- Free diagnosis in store, walk-in or by appointment.
- The price is confirmed before any work: it is the price shown for your model.
- Most screens and batteries are repaired in 30 minutes to 1 hour, while you wait. For other issues, we give you the timing at diagnosis.
- 1-year warranty on repairs (6 months on batteries).
- For screens, you can choose between a compatible, OLED or original-quality part, depending on your budget.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need an appointment?
No. You can walk in Monday to Saturday, 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 6:30pm. You can also book a time slot online.
Will I lose my data?
A screen or battery replacement does not touch your data. We still recommend a backup (iCloud or Google) before you come.
Do you sell refurbished phones?
